Our Policies

At Pennello Studio, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. Membership is required to book shared or private sessions, and each membership account is personal and non-transferable. Through your account, you can schedule sessions, view purchase history, and manage bookings. Membership upgrades or renewals can be done anytime within your account.

  1. The studio is a smoke-free facility. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  2. Vandalism or damage to studio property, materials, or equipment is prohibited and may result in financial liability.
  3. Guests are expected to use all materials and equipment responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
  4. Studio supplies are provided for in-studio use only. Removal, refilling, or misuse of materials is not permitted.
  5. Theft, borrowing, or unauthorized removal of studio property will result in immediate action, which may include fees, removal from the premises, or further legal remedies.
  6. Violence, harassment, or any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or member portal. Shared space sessions for Acrylic, Watercolor, and Sketch are priced at $65, and private sessions are priced at $130. Oil painting and pottery sessions are coming soon. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session;  no-shows are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Pennello Studio reserves the right to reschedule sessions and will notify members accordingly.

We expect all members to respect the studio space and others working around them. Maintain considerate noise levels, and ensure personal belongings are kept secure — Pennello Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Members under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Private events and workshops require advance scheduling, and full payment is required to secure the booking. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to facilitate planning. Members are expected to follow all safety guidelines when using art supplies, tools, and equipment. After each session, workstations should be cleaned, and hands washed to maintain a hygienic environment. Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.

All memberships, class bookings, and session purchases are non-refundable. If the studio cancels or reschedules a session, members will receive credit toward a future booking. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Pennello Studio is designed as a self-service art space where members are encouraged to work independently at their own pace. While staff may be available for general assistance, instructional guidance is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as part of a booked session or workshop.

Pennello Studio reserves the right to update policies, pricing, hours of operation, or services at any time to better serve our community. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of the studio indicates acceptance of the updated policies.

By accessing our studio, booking sessions, or participating in events, members agree to comply with all studio rules and policies. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
